Building to Specifications

Background

When this couple came to us they were considering purchasing a pre-fab home from a popular local manufacturer, but since they wanted to do a bunch of modifications to the layout it was more effective to start from scratch. We worked with them to put together the features they liked about the pre-fab layout together with the features that they wanted to add and came up with a floorplan that really suited their lifestyle (and building lot).
